If you are tired of listening to the thousands of voices touting nutrition advice and claiming to have the next best diet, you've come to the right place.

The nutrition counseling and tools I offer are based on what I have learned while earning a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oklahoma State, and M.S. degree in Nutrition from UC Davis, well-respected, accredited Universities.  I am also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD) with nearly 20 years of experience working with people one on one and in group classes.

I value acceptance & help my students and clients without judgement.

In addition to my extensive formal training, I just love nutrition science.  It's fascinating and practical & it has the power to prevent disease and help the body heal itself.

I teach college classes, weekly health education classes, create online courses for the public, and work with people one on one in person or over the phone/video.  I have helped thousands of people achieve better health using real, whole food nutrition.

I work with individuals who are ready to lose weight, improve blood sugar, reverse diabetes, cope with digestive problems like IBS, discover food intolerances, manage PCOS, prevent & recover from cancer, and  more.

" I lost around 80 pounds on a plant-based whole foods diet. I spent my entire life trying every single diet in the book and only gained more weight than I started with. A few times I managed to get down to the 180's, but I would shoot back up and eventually hit around 240. When I went on a plant-based whole foods diet, the weight melted off me. I didn't even have to try! "

"I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, with some nuts, beans, lentils, etc on occasion. No soda, coffee, or any stimulants. Just water and caffeine-free tea. I am now working on becoming a personal trainer to help others lose weight. It is amazing how easy it is when you eat the foods with the most micronutrients. I realized that when I was overweight, I was starving myself of the micronutrients and my body was craving food for those nutrients and getting way too many calories in the process. My blood pressure, cholesterol, and resting heart rate dropped significantly. I went from a 50% risk of heart attack to a less than 1%! Plus, I have WAY more energy and I have a much more active lifestyle now."
